I’ve spent my life moving between systems and stories.
I’m Joe Fecarotta — a technology leader, coach, writer, inventor, Navy veteran, and Christian contemplative based in the Seattle area.
Professionally, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, organizational change, product thinking, Agile, and human systems.
Creatively, I write, make games, build odd little ideas, and keep returning to the question of how people become more alive.
My work has moved across enterprise technology, organizational development, product invention, fiction, faith, and personal reinvention. These days, I’m especially interested in helping people cross thresholds — professionally, creatively, and spiritually.
Attention, imagination, and the next honest step.
The thread through all of it is a fascination with people and possibility: how we make sense of change, how we build what matters, and how we become more fully ourselves without pretending the road is easy.
That same curiosity shapes my coaching, my essays, my fiction, and the strange little things I invent.
