Hi, I’m Joe Fecarotta, as you might have guessed with the domain. Anyway, I’m a writer, coach, and systems thinker navigating the messy middle of modern life, with kids flying the coop while I try to reinvent myself, as we all must from time to time.
By day, I lead transformation efforts inside Fortune 50 companies, helping teams navigate complexity with agility, creativity, and a little less corporate nonsense. By night (and many early mornings), I write about the things that keep us going—faith, philosophy, resilience, and the unexpected grace of change.
I’m currently writing Let’s Try Hope, a book that draws from business strategy, Positive Psychology, and even the spiritual mystics to help folks navigate this deeply unsettling world. I’ve also developed the SPARC framework—a five-part model to help individuals and organizations move from stuck to spark.
You won’t find hustle culture here. I’m not selling perfection or limitless potential. I’m here to offer something quieter and deeper: the belief that you’re allowed to keep growing—and that small, honest steps matter. That your story, your ideas, and your life matter.
I live in the Pacific Northwest, drink too much coffee, take care of my elderly cat Pepper, and look forward to getting to know you.
Let’s try hope!
